Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products except in the case of a faulty or damaged and unopened item.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@thehijabessentials.com.au with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, offer a replacement or a full refund.
Claims for faulty items must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept claims.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, all our products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival and in their original, unopened packaging. includes items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original packaging.
Exceptions:
- Sale items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds (for faulty items only):
Once we’ve received and inspected the faulty item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
